hi there, i have exactly the same as you do (i.e dont want to wear glasses etc etc) and i am trying to find out if i can have surgery. Have you found out yet wether you can or cant or does anybody out know the answer to the question posted originally please. thanks in advance.

Yesterday I eventually dragged myself to the opticians to get my eyes tested as i've known for the last 5 years my eye sight was not 20/20.

I tried a guys glasses on at work a few months back and i could not believe the difference, it was like life in HD!!!

Results were that i needed glasses for driving only, however I do not want to wear glasses, I was told my eyes were perfectly healthy with no problems.

My prescription is:

Right Eye: SPH: -0.75 CYL: -0.25 AXIS 95

Left Eye: SPH:-0.25

I have checked online and it stated that the treatment could be done.

Although I have never worn glasses before could I be treated with Laser Eye Surgery?
