I'd registered my husband for his 40th birthday (...if life begins at 40 he should be able to at least see it!!)
We went this morning and within an hour (very efficient) he was told he didn't actually need surgery as his eyes were relatively good - was just advised to wear glasses in the car!
It would have been so easy for them to take the dosh and run and we're really impressed that they didn't.
We were also really impressed with the professionalism of the whole process and the warm welcome we got from the staff in the clinic (Albert's Square, Manchester).
Well done Optimax - even though it's turned out we're not really 'customers' I'll definitely be recommending you to others!! Honesty in a business world is all too rare!
