I had a Lasik, Wavefront & Intralase surgery in May.  The surgery was success. 

Is it possible to wear cosmetic lenses ?  Simply - to change eye colour.

Would this be a problem with the flap ?

You can wear contact lenses after one month of surgery.

However K readings (curvature of your eye) can play a major role in fitting and comfort so ideally you should see an optometrist to fit them. (Less than 39K can give some concern).
