Hi Jenni,

thank you for your question.

Laser eye surgery corrects the prescription at that time. So the more stable a prescirption the longer it will last. If someone's prescription is not stable, then we would not offer them surgery.

Once you are in your 40's you will experince what is known as Presbyopia and this will bring on the need for reading glasses at some point.

But all this does vary form person to person and you would be best coming to a free consultation to find out more.
