There are no direct correlations between a developed twitch in the eye and laser eye surgery so it shouldn't be an issue (in relation to surgery).  It is an involuntary movement of the eyelid with a many number of things that could have caused its development.  If it continues to get worse by all means come in and see us and we can have a look at the eye.  We may refer you from there.
